Privacy

ERDB stores the emergency, medical, contact, calendar, legal, and arrangement information that you choose to enter. That information belongs to you.

• Your records are private by default. Nobody else can see them.
• Other people can see your information only after you invite them and they accept, and only the sections you selected. You can take that access away at any time.
• Documents are stored in private storage and are never publicly reachable.
• We do not sell your data, show advertising, or use your records to train AI.
• Notification messages avoid including medical or legal details unless you turn that on yourself.
• You can export all of your data or permanently delete your account at any time.

This installation of ERDB is a personal/development deployment. It has not undergone a formal compliance assessment (for example HIPAA or SOC 2) and makes no such claims.
